We begin with a consultation where we talk about your hopes for birth and answer any questions about working together.

During pregnancy we meet for prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques, and ways a partner can provide support.

When labor begins, I provide continuous support - offering encouragement, comfort measures, and guidance throughout the birth experience.
Postpartum
After birth I remain for immediate support and follow up to help you settle into life with your baby.
Meet Michelle
I'm a certified full-spectrum doula and mother of five who was drawn to birth work after experiencing the power of compassionate support during my own births. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported as they welcome a new baby.​
